  • Women in Pharmacy Leadership Development Forum followed by the Margarita Mixer (ticket required)
  • Join the dialogue with female leaders in pharmacy at the APhA Foundation Women in Pharmacy Leadership Development Forum, where the discussion will address the issues of greatest importance to women in the pharmacy profession. This event is part of the APhA Foundation Women in Pharmacy Initiative which proudly honors women, who through their leadership and practice activities, made and continue to make a difference in the profession. Mix, mingle and expand your professional network at the Margarita Mixer reception which brings together attendees of the Women in Pharmacy Leadership Development Forum and others at the APhA Annual Meeting to spark continued dialogue and new connections.

  • IMPACT Care Transformation Forum
  • The IMPACT Care Transformation Forum brings together speakers with years of experience implementing pharmacy research projects to elaborate on successes and learnings in their practice. The Forum panelists will discuss experiences from the APhA Foundation’s research initiatives as well as other ideas on how to continuously improve upon pharmacy practice transformation. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how they can engage with APhA Foundation projects and leverage these initiatives to improve patient care.

  • 1953 Society Reception (by invitation only)
  • Contributors to the APhA Foundation 1953 Society are invited to attend an evening of appreciation for their support. Taking its name from the year the APhA Foundation was chartered, the 1953 Society is a group of pharmacy leaders, new practitioners and student pharmacists who show their leadership and commitment to the profession through philanthropy that supports the Foundation’s work and mission.
  • Location: Grand Hyatt Presidio B
  • Contributions: Sponsor a student’s attendance at this event for just $19.53. Contributions can be made at the door.

 


Monday, March 21

  • APhA Foundation Annual Contributors’ Breakfast (by invitation only)
  • The APhA Foundation welcomes its community of donors, volunteers, and program participants for a morning of gratitude over breakfast. Attendees receive updates from APhA Foundation leaders on activities within the Foundation for research, achievement awards, and professional development and the 2022 – 2023 Board of Directors are installed.
