Kiri Carmody is a dedicated student pharmacist from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy, set to graduate in 2026. She began her involvement with APhA as a P1 liaison, later serving as president-elect before stepping into her current role as chapter president. Through her leadership, she has expanded student engagement, organized professional development events, and strengthened community outreach initiatives. Her favorite event to plan through APhA is the CU Pharmacy Annual Auction, as it fosters meaningful connections between students and professors. In addition to APhA, she serves as secretary of ACCP and treasurer of Phi Lambda Sigma, further demonstrating her commitment to leadership. She also volunteers at the DAWN Clinic, helping uninsured patients navigate medication access and affordability. Her research with the Colorado Area Health Education Center focuses on improving pharmacy accessibility in underserved communities. She has played an active role in shaping co-curricular guidance at her school as part of the Skaggs School of Pharmacy Co-Curricular Guidance Committee. Kiri is passionate about using her leadership, advocacy, and service to drive meaningful change in the field of pharmacy.
