Gabriela Rajić is a second-year pharmacy student in the accelerated three-year PharmD program at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy–Glendale, where she is also pursuing a Precision Medicine certificate. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a Neuroscience certificate from Indiana University.
Gabi is actively involved in leadership and mentorship, serving as Vice President of ASHP-SSHP, International Vice President of APhA-ASP, Membership Chair for AzPA’s Student Pharmacist Academy, and Worthy Master at Arms for Phi Delta Chi. She also is a member of ACCP and Rho Chi. Her passion for patient care extends beyond the classroom through extensive community outreach, including naloxone kit packing and training, vaccine screenings, and medication counseling for underserved populations. Studying abroad through APhA-IPSF strengthened her understanding of global pharmacy practices and reinforced her commitment to improving patient outcomes.
She currently is gaining clinical experience as a pharmacy intern at Banner Medical Center and has a strong research background in neuroscience. As a 2024-2025 AACP Aspiring Academic, Gabi is passionate about integrating research, clinical practice, and teaching. She plans to pursue PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency training in oncology or pharmacogenomics while mentoring future pharmacists.
