Annaston Young is a third-year student pharmacist at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy. Deeply committed to the pharmacy profession, she is actively involved in the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists, the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Aspiring Academics program and serves on Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy’s Admissions Committee. Annaston is the current chapter president of Lipscomb University’s APhA-ASP chapter, and she is dedicated to teaching, mentorship, and leadership development. She finds fulfillment in empowering her peers, encouraging them to pursue leadership opportunities, and promoting active engagement in professional organizations like APhA-ASP. Believing in the strong influence student pharmacists have on shaping the future of the profession, she is committed to helping her peers create a meaningful and lasting difference in patient care.
