WASHINGTON, DC – The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Foundation today announced the 2023 recipients of its APhA Foundation Student Scholarship Program. A record 25 student pharmacists received scholarships this year to assist in completing their pharmacy degrees. The scholarships are awarded based on the student’s academic accomplishments and leadership skills determined by their participation in the APhA Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP).
“We are pleased to support this year’s APhA Foundation Scholarship recipients in the ongoing development of their leadership skills and acumen for forging new innovations within the pharmacy profession,” said APhA Foundation Executive Director and SVP, Research & Innovation, Benjamin Bluml, RPh. “Our scholarships are a core element of the APhA Foundation’s programmatic, mission-driven offerings and we are proud to support each recipient’s efforts as they endeavor to improve the health of those they serve!”
